It may be that you need to share your room with a roommate if you want to bring the costs down. Especially if you are a full-time student. The rooms are very large. If YOU wish to find a roommate to share your room with and help you cover your rent that would be fine. I am flexible with most things and open for discussion and negotiation. I can also exchange contact information of students wishing to connect to share a room. I am just in this to cover my mortgage and utilities. So just to recover my own costs. So it should be the most reasonable rent you could find. I am sure it would be less than what others charge. So it is more like you choose which part of the HOME you want and you pay what is fair for your “share” of the HOME that you chose. Your rent is just enough to cover your fair share of this brand new home because of what this newly built home costs. Everyone will share fairly the utilities so each person will pay exactly a share of the actual utilities costs for each month. So more people in the home will make your rent cheaper rather than your rent increasing. Also unlike other places where your rent may go up, your rent will go down every year, the longer you stay. Also you would get to choose the bigger rooms when others move out and you are still living here.
If you are now starting school it is good to find a good place that you can stay there for a long term instead of looking again. And then you get to know the place well. This is a brand new home. It is in a very safe, family oriented neighborhood. The bus stop will be right in front of the house. It is a new development and they are building a new strip mall close by, across Harmony Road North. There is a park across the house. The views from the windows are amazing. And it is a very spacious house compared to the small sleazy rooms that some landlords try to put young students into.
